I highly recommend anyone traveling for business (or any other reason) to stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean, easy to navigate and comfortable. There were a lot of people staying at the hotel when I was there and it was still very quiet. All of the employees were friendly. I was traveling alone, as a woman and I did not feel one bit unsafe. It was also walking distance to the mall and close to other restaurants and shopping centers. Will 100% stay again next time. Great experience.
Breakfast at the Marriott, amazing and there is a woman who greets everyone who comes for Breakfast. Tru has a great pool table, relax area and fitness room. I haven't checked out the pool yet but it looks good.
Great stay! I’ve never had such great such service at a Tru before. Quan at the front desk was so sweet and made me feel like a valued guest. She even offered us a to go bag with water thanking us for our stay. Overall the best Tru I have ever stayed at.
An absolutely FANTASTIC hotel. When I was having issues trying to check in with one of my cards I had to do some money transferring between my other cards, which was a whole ordeal (on my end, no fault of the hotel's). The young gal and other workers at the front desk were very understanding and compassionate- telling me not to worry and to take my time. I was given water and a comfortable chair to relax in, out of the cold and dark - until I finally got things squared away. We did however miss the breakfast in the morning, which I have heard is amazing, because we were so comfortable in our beds in our peaceful room that we didn't want to get up!
